Error trying to upgrade an reseller from 6.1 to 7

i'm trying to upgrade a reseller and there were 6 reseller and all of them were ok upgraded expept for 1 and it says that the plans were ok upgraded, but the users were not because there is an empty description of something like it, can u tell me where is the problem? should i check all the users 1 by 1 and see if there is written something in the description for all of the users, is this the problem? thank you!

Can you please paste exact error? Please also check, Do you have any special character for USER Description?

i got the first error why it is showing it (because in the description in some of the plans were written in bulgarian) i fix it, but now it is giving me thing error: Can't find resources in HC7, while creating Resellers' Plan

this is the full message i got:

Database Successfully
Plan Imported Successfully

Are you using ServU as FTP Server? Please make sure you have added all of your customized Add-ons in HC7 which you are offering in HC6. Please contact HC Support with server access for further queries.

I'm not using ServU and i cant create the same add-ons because the reseller that have created the add-ons dont want to be created from the update!

Should i create the reseller manually and create the add-ons manually as well?

You can create reseller and his websites manually in HC7 or delete these Add-ons from HC6.
