No invoices when payment after suspension

I found this.

When a custommer is paying after his account is suspended and re-enable the nexbill date stays in the past. The custommer does not get invoices anymore and the accound is never suspended again.

After enabling a suspended account the next billing date has to be set at this moment this is not done.
