Windows Server 2008 is out now, we have been deploying dedicated servers since the 6th with our SPLA licensing from Microsoft. When will 7.00.0013 be released and will it support Windows Server 2008? We are finding the licensing isn't working when you try to install HC7.00.12 on Windows Server 2008 (RTM), under Register Server it just says 'Licensing details not found'

Are any of you using control panels on Windows other than HC? I am ready to move to something less buggy and with better support.

Plsk is good but Comparing support on the bases of my past experience with them I can say that HC support is far quick and efficient.

The real problem with plsk they don't pay much attention to small hosting companies who own 3-5 servers. Secondly their support charges are per server basis which soon becomes equal to the panel's price..lolz

yes I agree with Patrick....HC support is far more better than other control panels' support and they are good in giving attention to their customers issues.

All companies has your pros and cons. Im old HC customer (I used it since 2002) I can say that HC is a very good company for Windows Control Panel.

However, My advice :)for HC, you must be more faster with the new tecnologies. ITS REALLY IMPORTANT!

Other very important highlight; some years ago HC had several agree with Datacenters for integrate it by default as Windows control Panel; but at it this moment I dont see any datacenter that recommended HC.. :(

Important datacenters:
- Theplanet.com
- Softlayer.com (2 Datacenters, great service, network, etc)
- peer1.com (15 Datacenters)
- layeredtech.com
- etc....

Why I don't see HC as Control Panel for Windows????

Hah... funny you mention plsk in the same post. Their support is one of the worst in the industry. You should also check the forums if you think it might be less buggy. Before performing any upgrade we have resorted to bringing a rabi and a priest in the datacenter to bless the poor server and its customers. Not once have we had a clean upgrade. Ive watched build after build here get posted and it doesn't seem like theres too many people ready to slit their wrists in anxiety every time one is posted.
