Squirrel Mail configuration

I am using FC6 and have installed Squirrel mail with lastest IMAP. I am able to create mail domain and mail boxes from HC panel. But not able to gain access in mail box accounts. How exactly my end users will get login ???????? Tried to solve the issue from squirrel mail documentation http://squirrelmail.org/docs/admin/admin-5.html#ss5.1 result zero... Is there any special setting we require at hc end to fix this problem ??
