HC Panel user Delete

When I try to delete one user inside the reseller the following error message is coming, and the user is still there. Any Idea why?

70500170 : Unable to delete user directory

    Are you sure user webspace folder was not deleted? Please make sure user webspace folder is there on the machine prior to delete the website or user from hc panel.

    OK. I was deleted the folders maually b4. Then I recreated it same place to clear the user from the system.
