GENE6 FTP Server Problem

Having just installed HC7 and got it configured I am using GENE6 FTP Server however having created sites there are no FTP details being passed to GENE6, I have ensured all Server settings are OK, so am lost to the problem.

Gene6 installation don't create default ftp site which user will do later, and configure into HC.

Please first create Default FTP Site in Gene6 yourself and then create FTP accounts through HC.

That's right Gene6 don't create default ftp site... Its not a free ftp server so they must improve their product.

I also have installed GENE6 and set up a default domain.
When i create the user through HC i get:
Error : 73000340 : FTP user does not exist.

Should i create the user to GENE6 first and then into HC?

HC should automatically create FTP user in its database as well as in Gene6 FTP Server. Are you sure Gene6 FTP Server is properly installed and configured? Can you manually create FTP user in Gene6 Server? I will suggest you to come to our live chat support and show this error to them.

Yes i can create a user in GENE6 and i can also connect to the website when i setup the user manualy.
Seems strange though...
I am trying serv-u to see if there's prob with this too.
