Error : 70102010: User cannot be added;

Error : 70102010 : User cannot be added; Resource has already been used.

I got this error everytime I try to add a new user.

Is there anyway to add a new user when the resource has already been consumed?

There's no way to add a new user when the resource has already been consumed from a webadmin or Reselleradmin account.

Sell Add-on of ' Account ' resource to the user then you will able to add.
