WordPress 2.5

Please upgrade WorkPress in Click and Install apps from version 2.3 to version 2.5 as this fixes a lot of bugs in 2.3, especially with widgets.

Notes:
1. Build 15 installs 2.3.
2. I don't see any security related issues in 2.3, so this is not a critical upgrade.

I think they have recently released this version. Anyway we will update its version in any of coming hc build.
