click install apps

some apps work and some dont. i can install blogs and oscommerce fine but when you go to install any sitebuilder or cms i get an error. it does however install the virtual directory on the site and also create the db. it just never updates the hc panel with the entry that it was done. its a real bother. anyone with ideas?
