This is not an issue. Microsoft has upgraded its API for MSSql from DMO to .Net based SMO since the release of MSSql 2005. Also old API DMO is not supported on 64 bit machines, due to which we had to switch to the new API. This API requires installation of MSSql 2005 Sql client utilities on the machine. These utilities are automatically installed on the system if the client is using MSSql express 2005 or MSSql Server 2005. In case of MSDE or SqlServer 2000, they need to be seperately installed. Please refer below for the installation links and order of installation.
