Control Panel URL on emails

For some reason when the domain creation emails are sent to my clients it shows the control panel URL as an ip number i.e. http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8787. How do i make it correctly show http://admin.

Login as HostAdmin and check what are the virtual directory settings at My Server :: Admin Virtual Directory Settings. If you've made any changes in account setup template then go to location My Server :: Customize Templates :: My Templates :: Edit Template and select the "Account Setup" and click at Edit Template and then click at 'Restore Default Template'.

Follow these two steps, see if this resolve the issue.

Sorry for the delay, unfortunately this did not solve the issue.

The URL which used by you for creating that domain HC insert same URL in the domain creation template. They have changed this implementation few months back.
