database dns entry causing issues

I use HC7 on Server 03 with Microsoft DNS

Issue is that everytime one of my clients uses a click and install app it adds a DNS record for the mysql database server ip of 127.0.0.1
I remove the record every time but it keeps coming back every time I use click and install app
How do I disable this function?

I am using click and install apps with HC7 (now upgraded to HC8) and did not experience anything like this, have you done any database server migration recently?

What is your HC7 build? Make sure you're running latest HC7 build-20 on all servers.

Already running build 20

HC used to have such implementation where HC was resolving database access through DNS. However after feedback from customers this implementation was changed in build 18 of HC7.
 
Though you should not be having this issue if you are using build 20 of HC7 but I would request you to open a support ticket and we will check this for you.
