What is the requirement at HC end to setup and use BES ?

The Blackberry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool supports mixed environments using Blackberry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP2 and later.  Although the Blackberry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool might appear to perform tasks on Blackberry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP1 and earlier, the results are unpredictable.

BES User Administration Service is the service which talks to BES, and HC talks to BES User Admin Client, which then talks to "BES User Administration Service. Therefore relationship of these all is
 
HC <----> BES User Admin Client <--->BES User Admin Service <--->BES (BB Enterprise Server)
 
which implies that HC should be installed on the system which contains BES User Admin Client. BES User Admin Client. and BES User Admin Service can reside on same system, but it is recommended that BES User Admin Service should not reside on the same system as the BES.
