HC8 - AWSTATS showing a lot of UNKNOWN data

 Hi.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Before we did the switchover from another control panel to HC8, our awstats were showing more detailed reports.  Now it's showing a lot of unknown.  The Robots/Spiders visitors are all unknown. Same goes for top 10 hosts, domains/countries, browsers, and operating systems.  These used to have detailed information when we were using hsphere, now they show "unknown".  What could be causing this?

Any ideas or suggestions?  My clients need these detailed reports and we need to somehow find a solution.
