75300110 : Unable to retrieve error description

whats the cause of this erorr sharepoint installed and I was able to view it  from different computers on my network and create sites and users  and the firewall is turned off

and its added to the HC8 servers and added through global configurations settings

Run sharepoint service under administrators level user and then try to enable sharepoint site. this shall fix the problem, but if it is persists then open ticket on support channel.
