Website Import Conditions???

Can someone please tell me what needs to be inplace for me to import existing websites?
 
I did everything, and I have unlimited resource plans.
 
Do I need to set persmissions somewhere? Create additional users? Do i have to configure these IIS7 websites a certain way?

When I started with HC I have imported 170 sites in HC7 panel. I think import websites/users implementation is pretty much same in HC8 too.

Simple from HC host level access menu Migration == Import Websites/Users, it will list all websites existed in the IIS.

yes the websites show up but, It is telling me that I don't a hosting plan to do the imports, I created plans with unlimited resources.

HC might considering the website as IP Base Domain, try to include IP address quota in the plan and then try to import. If this case doesn't help then please contact HC support department https://support.hostingcontroller.com

Where do I set the "IP address quota"??

First make sure " IP Based Domain " creation is allowed in Global setting at Host level location " Server Manager ---Global Setting ".
After that user can allocate quota using Hosting Plan --- My Plan ---Edit Plan
