on your Anti-virus, i would suggest you should have both Avira and Norton.
they will be a lot of help to you.

You can chose between NOD32, Norton Symantic and CA 2009 suit.
And firewall = windows builtin OS firewall.

    ZoneAlarm PRO Firewall 2010

Protect yourself with the best multi-layered firewall technology around. Simple to install (step-by-step installation wizard gets you up and running in minutes). Easy to use (comes with default security settings for "out-of-the-box" protection). Combines the firewall with identity protection and anti-spyware software.

A new year... A new beginning... And the inevitable security solution smackdown. In this context, AV-Test has thrown together in the same arena no less than 24 antivirus products from the heavyweights of the security market.

Windows Server 2003 comes with a built in firewall called Windows Firewall. You'll find it in Control Panel. Just make sure you're on the latest service pack. However, i'd recommend a hardware firewall if you're gonna sit the server on the internet. A decent business ADSL/Cable router will do the trick here.
