Ability to unlock domain user accounts from HC

We have noticed a considerable amount of user accounts that get locked out in AD (we are using HC8 with Exchange 2007) that have Exchange Mailboxes.  It would be nice if the user of the domain could login to the mailboxes and unlock them. Right now, you can reset the password but adding a status if the account is locked out and a check box to unlock would be ideal.
