DNS Zone Configuration

Hi, I am thrown the below error when creating a new domain. Do you know what causes this? Thanks!
Error : 70701152 : Website created successfully; Error occurred while creating DNS Zone file.

    This error appear if dns server not configure properly with hosting controller. May I know which dns server you are using and what setting you made in the panel for it ?
