Modify named.conf template for new domains???

Hey.

How do we modify the named.conf template such that any new domains that are created will have this line "allow-query { any; };"

We need this line generated automatically for every new domain created.  We made customizations to our named.conf for PCI compliance, and thus need this line per domain or else these domains would not be accessible.
