request: DNS only hosting plan

hi

we have a lot of customers who only need DNS or at least have domains that need only DNS handling besides others that might need "full hosting".

A big request would be to be able to create a DNS only hosting plan for both resellers and end customers.

This feature is already added in our to-do list, hopefully it will be included in build9.
