Some Bugs - build 8

1. Windows accounts can only be 20 characters long.  You do nothing to prevent this when creating a user account.   Panel just reports back an error with no explanation why.

2. When session times out, error is displayed instead of returning to log in page.


These need to be fixed.   Both should be easy to remedy.

Yes both bugs are already in our notice and we would try to release their fix in the next build of HC8.
