Why it don't create zone in my secondary dns linux?

Hi,
I'm trying to install a linux secondary dns but If I create a domain with HC I see that it updates domains (and named.conf) only in my dns1. Then I have to create manually zones in named.conf in the dns2 or no domains are copied. Actually I set "Act as Secondary DNS Only" to Yes on Server Manager/DNS Server section and all the paths.
So where is my mistake?
