FTP doesn't work with dedicated IP


Those gentlemen for HC they say this is not a bug.
this happens when creating a new doamin, the FTP no assigns IP, and the worst thing of everything it doesn't assign port (PORT=0)
HC has created a new internet protocol.. they are some geniuses

It is not a bug rather it is a default implementation of HC. HC sets the shared IP for FTP sites instead of dedicated IP.

Issue is confirmed a bug by our Testing department and we have also updated you in the ticket about it. For further clarification you may communicate at support@hostingcontroller.com

Does a bug need of more than 20 days for a solution?
 
Incredible the scorn that have you for the clients

This is why many of HC customers have fled and gone with WebSitePanel which is free and Microsoft is backing it.

This BUG you don't have it solves in new version and another BUG also added, it doesn't install in the Merak, you don't make anything to solve these incredible problems.
Error : 70701172 : Website created successfully; error occurred while creating Mail Domain.
 
I installed the new version, not to come saying that it returns download the new version.

For ftp issue contact HC support team, and stop calling configuration issue as a bug unless you 100 % sure about that. It has been confirmed from different section that there is no issue with Merak functionality in build9.

Regrettably your support,  not solved the problem of the FTP 

Please contact HC support and they will escalate your issue toward 2nd level support section to debug the merak mail domain creation issue.
