Exchange 2010 Mailbox retention with HC

In Exchange 2010 if I setup a deleted mailbox retention period and using HC an admin deletes a mailbox. Is it possible to re-add the mailbox within HC? If not is their a way around this?

    If you remove the mailbox which was originally created via HC panel then yes you can recreate the same name mailbox anytime in HC panel.

    Does that mean its not possible to re-add their mailbox with their current e-mails within or will HC panel automatically re-attach that same named mailbox from the mailbox retention area?

    If you delete a mailbox from HC then it wont appear in Disconnected mailboxes, so you cannot use that deleted mailbox again.
    HC uses Remove-Mailbox user@domain.com -Permanent $true
    If -Permanent $false was used, then that mailbox would go to Disconnected mailbox list.  Also it is important to note that, when you delete a mail domain from HC, then HC uses   Remove-Mailbox user@domain.com -Permanent $false  to send all mailboxes to disconnected maillboxes rather then deleting them permanently, wich is  the case when you delete a single mbx from hc
