Highly Available Hyper-V

Would like to see the Hyper-V module support Highly Available VMs.  There should be an additional charge (% based on resources allocated) for the highly available VMs.  Also, panel should be able to manage VM regardless of which physical host within the MS Cluster the VM resides on.  There also needs to be a way to designate which Hyper-V hosts a VM is placed on based on highly available or not.
