Unable to add sub domain under new user

Using HC8 build9 the control panel is not allowing reseller to create sub domain of existing parent domain under a new user. There is some restriction where HC only allow to create sub domain under existing webadmin who the owner of that parent domain.
In my point of view HC should allow this option because many hosting companies provide free third level domain hosting to promote their services.

Support told me that they are going to provide this option in coming build. Eagerly waiting for it.

This problem was resolved in recent builds release, you can modify to latest build12.
