Public Folder Migration

Hi
 
I have took the paid services from HC to migrate my existing exchange accounts in the HC panel, but why Public folder didn't imported ??

There is no powershell command or some other easy server side method to move public folders from one Public Folder Tree (Hierarchy) to another
