HC dont creating maildomains in Icewarp/Merak

HC dont create mail for me in Icewarp Merak, is there anyone that had any idea?
I cant absolutely fine create maildomains manually
 
Win 2008 64 bit
Merak v.8.0.3

We are using Icewarp 10 which is working fine. You can enable log for HCmail in HC host ==My Server --- Debugging Setting , next time it will capture log in /hostingcontroller/log folder. This log file will help to reach the issue.

HC sometimes unable to create mail domains if correct port is not configured inside panel. Check Icewarp mail server configuration at Server Manager >> Edit Server >> Mail Server and make sure that you are using the correct port, normally icewarp uses port 32000.
