HC won't delete users

I'm new to HC and need help!.  Got everything installed and configured.  Started testing and it's creating accounts, website, FTP accounts, etc just fine.  But when I go to delete a user it says it has to do an "advanced delete."  I click okay, get a conformation e-mail and click okay to that too, but it never deletes.  I enabled the scheduled task on all members of the cluster for advanced delete to run every 6 hours, but nothing.  The only way I can get a user deleted is to delete each resource the user has individually and then delete the user. 
 
Not sure where to go from here...
