Once as HCAdmin and then edit the pricing at the reseller level as well. Is this normal? Are we forced to create a reseller in order to create webadmins? Also we setup authorize.net at the hcadmin level but billing is not working, should we of setup the authorize.net at the reseller level instead? HC Staff HC Staff ☄ Helpful Re:Relationship of reseller to hcadmin account 08/16/2013 02:22:40 PM (permalink) Yes its mandatory to have at least one Reseller Account in the HC Panel to provision end user services. And also yes you have to configure Billing Services under reseller account. Because when you configure billing at HCadmin Level then Billing services will apply only for Reseller not the End user. If your objective is to create only 1 Reseller account in Panel and no other then there is no need to configure Billing services at Host Level. #2
