Relationship of reseller to hcadmin account
We don't have resellers but it appears that we have to setup everything twice. Once as HCAdmin and then edit the pricing at the reseller level as well. Is this normal? Are we forced to create a reseller in order to create webadmins?
Also we setup authorize.net at the hcadmin level but billing is not working, should we of setup the authorize.net at the reseller level instead?
