HCNIX connection fails after installation reboot

Ubumtu 16. installation. After installation we can access HC in a browser, set up plans, websites, etc. After the server is restarted, we can no longer connect to HC.
We have tried on two Ubumtu servers...32bit and 64 bit and several versions up to 16
 

See if MySQL service is in running state since without it HCnix panel will not connect.
