I know the steps which will help you too in fixing this issue. Follow the steps below: First close the Efflux Migrator by navigating to File tab and click Exit. Now open CMD run as Administrator and navigate to Efflux Directory C:\Program Files\Efflux Migration. Here register the HC.Admin.dll file. To register the DLL, type *regsvr32 HC.Admin.dllNow open registry by navigating to the Run -> Regedit. Here please navigate to the registry path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EffluxMigration* Now please clear the value of "InstallGUID" key and click “Ok”. Now open Efflux Migrator tool and activate the License key. Enjoy! #2

I also faced similar issue and it was fixed by HC Support team. I know the steps which will help you too in fixing this issue. Follow the steps below:

First close the Efflux Migrator by navigating to File tab and click Exit.

Now open CMD run as Administrator and navigate to Efflux Directory C:\Program Files\Efflux Migration.
