deletion of Exchange user mailbox

Suppose i have one mailbox in Exchange and same user in skype for business. Deleting the user mailbox does delete the user from active directory?

Since your AD User has multiple services enabled on it like Exchange, Skype for Business, therefore when the mailbox is removed, the user would be removed from the Active Directory and only Exchange Services will be removed from it.
