Unable to enable a mailbox in HC panel

Hey!
 
For some reason I was unable to enable a mailbox from HC panel therefore, I have enabled it from the backend. Now the mailbox is enabled at the backend, however, how can I enable it in HC panel ? its still showing as disabled.

To sync the status of your mailbox, you can navigate to the menu : Provisioning >> Exchange Organizations >>r Trigger Sync. After it , mailbox disable or enable state will sync properly with HC panel too.
