change in creation of standard user mailbox in Exchange

i would like to create a standard user mailbox with fix prefix like departmentname+usermailbox. How to achieve this.

    Yes we do support such scenario where a custom prefix could be added to mailboxes ids. To get further details about it, you can write an email to support@hostingcontroller.com
