Is It Possible To Install?

Greetings to all, I have a Windows 10 PC and I would like to install HC10 on my PC. I would like to know, may I install this on my PC safely? What do you say?
 
My current PC configuration:
 
Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
OS - Windows 10 Pro
RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8GB*2 3200MHz
Storage - SSD WD 240GB
HDD - Barracuda 1TB
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650 Super
Motherboard - MSI B450 Tomahawk Max

Taking a little risk, I tried to install this on my computer. But after completing the installation process, when I open this, I got this error application error 0xc0000022. But after searching online, I found this guide  But I am quite not sure if this article might be helpful or not. Could anyone suggest some ideas?
