Dbase Backup

Will HC be made to backup MSSQL dbases

HC or RBX? RBX already takes MS-SQL database backup.

Yes RBX takes backup of HC dbase only.

What i meant is mssql databases that might be used by sites.

Currently HC default database folder for mssql is but with this, RBX does not backup these files

RBX should be taking the MSSQL/mySQL database backup. It will backup only those databases which were created using HC. If you believe it¬s not taking backup, please open a support ticket.

Yes was not taking any mssql backups nor stacking
But u fixed it guys

I think the features of RBX are great especially dbase backups and stacking

oh, means it¬s working for you, right? :)

RBX is creating a .bak file for each database but not putting anything in it. Each .bak file is enpty.

If you are running mySQL 4.x or 5.x then please replace mysqldump.exe from \Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin to this path \Program Files\Advanced Communications\rebuildXpress of RBX installation. Hopefully your issue would be fixed.

I will try that, but this seems to be a recurring issue with installing and upgrading HC. Can¬t you do something about this???

When you install latest hotfix it should be done automatically.
