Is IDEAL-migration needed?

Why is a user created in the windows database?
When is it required for a user to log on to the server?

We don¬t restore password in HC Database due to hacking threat thats why we always have to create user with its password in Computer Management. RBX will create Ideal Migration readable file as SystemAccounts.csv on backup which later can be provided to the Ideal Migration on new machine where you want to restore existing passwords otherwise RBX has the ability to reset these passwords and notify them to users by mail.
