Change Ticket E-mail Address

Hello,
When we setup our HC server several years ago, we used null@ as our e-mail address for all our trouble ticket e-mails to goto. Recently we changed our e-mail address to support@. We changed the e-mail address listed for our HCADMIN user, but support tickets still goto null@ instead. Where do i locate the menu to change the e-mail address support tickets get sent to?

You should change it from My Server--->Personal Profile option available at your host level.
