how can i see the passwords for all the users?

hey there im the host of hosting controller and is there a way to know all the passwords for all the existing users? i need that to be able to access to there sites via ftp [B)]

    Simple answer is you can't :)

    You can use the reseller account which should have ftp over all its users etc
