error: AdvWebAdmin account does not have Access th

im getting this error:

AdvWebAdmin account does not have Access this computer from the network privilege

when trying to open a web page with extension .php, how can i fix that?

On your php folder do you have everyone with read / execute, then within that you should have a tmp folder which will need write perms for everyone

yes, everyone are with all permission, they are only 2 people administrator and administrators for the folder i didnt get it should i create a new folder in the php folder and named it tmp? [V]

Please check identities of application pools.

- DefaultAppPool Identity should be set as Network Services
- HCAppPool Identity should be set as Local System

yes they are both set as you wrote it HC Support and still it dosent work!

i made a diagnose and here is the result:

AdvWebAdmin account does not have Access this computer from the network privilege

but i dont have this option in IIS properties : Allow IIS to control password

as you can see it says:
- anonymous access is disabled, or
- access is restricted using NTFS access contol lists
