Full Disk Usage

Hi,
We ned to have all reports for Disk Usage but at this moment HC doesnt calculate Disk Usage for EMAIL!

This is an important feature for we will have.

HC already calculate disk usage for Mail.

Webadmin,

Disk Usage Report of "domain.com"

Plan Name Allocated Consumed Remaining
PW-1000 1024 MB 3.76 GB -2822.74 MB
Domain Name Consumed
domain.com 3.76 GB Graph Details

Total 1024 MB 3.76 GB -2822.74 MB

Then clic on Details BUT I dont see nothing about Disk Usage for mail!

I use Mail Enable.

Huh your luck we have no disk reports still :(

Unless our hc support guy was refering to h_e_l_m which supports mail disk and bandwidth useage.

First You can check Disk Usage in HC panel at this path:

Reports :: Disk Usage :: Usage Report :: Details ( We accumulate Mail Disk Usage in Special Folder size )

In email we display disk usage on per site basis. Anyway we will improve disk usage cosumption display in hc panel as well as in email.

Disk Usage Categorized by Folders for "example.com"

Folders
example.com
-- Files on Root (204 KB)
-- db (364.00 KB)
-- log (41572.00 KB)
-- Special (0.00 KB)
-- www (28256.00 KB)

I dont see nothing about Disk Usage by EMAIL, other fact MAILENABLE NEVER will be locate on Special folder!

HC7 should looking for for MailEnable Path to Postoffices, and check Disk Usage for example.com folder's inside MailEnable Path/PostOffices/example.com

We don't specifically write Mail Size or something like that but we DO accumulate Mail to Special folder size. I know mails are not being created under special folder therefore we will change the display information and separate mail size text will be added in reports.

We would really like to see ftp and mail bandwidth reports + disk space reports.

I dont think theirs anything else bandwidth and disk wise to calculate afer that.

I dont understand this phrase "but we DO accumulate Mail to Special folder size". How it works? What happen if any user delete "Special" folder? Will HC7 put virtual data inside "Special" folder? Thanks for clarify this...
