mysql and mssql backups missing

Hi,
My mysql backups are all empty and I installed mssql server express and added a database to it thru hc and it does not backup at all. Some help please.

The mysql .bak files are all 0 k. No sign of the mssql backup file.

Your question is bit confused. As per my understanding you are asking about mySQL backup? FYI mySQL backup process has nothing to do with MSSQL Server installation. It seems you dont have updated version of mySQLDump.exe in HC installation folders. Please copy mySQLDdump.exe from (X:/mySQL installation path/Bin) path of local or remote MySql machine and replace at following locations X:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\Hosting Controller\exes and X:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\Hosting Controller\RebuildExpress

Sorry for the confusion.

I have both mysql and mssql on this server. Neither are backing up properly. I have aleady updated the mysqldymp.exe file. Should I restart mysql and hc for the change to take effect.

Also, how to I get the ms sql express databases to backup.

Are you using RBX to take mySQL and SQL Server backups? Please contact support they will check this issue for you.

Yes, I followed an old procedure to get the mysql databases to backup.

But the mssql database is not being backed up. It is mssql sever express and the database was created in HC. Should I put in a support ticket?
