HC not sending mail

I am running the Newest Release of Hosting Controller on Server 2003
I have 2 mail servers:
Mail Enable
Exchange 03

mail enable is running on the same server as the Hosting Controller.
HC will sent email to anybody but my two local servers.

Any Ideas?

Support has just told me that they have replied for your ticket. Please allow 127.0.0.1 in your mail enable relay settings for local mail delivery.
