Rebuild Program Not Accurate

OK I am moving to a new machine. I installed fresh system, fresh hc install, registered it, install rbx and now it says it is registered as well.

I point RBX to a backup folder it only takes a minute and it says it was completed successfully but when I look at IIS or the users no users were created. Why would the logs say that it did? Why would it lie?

For example this from the log files?

01/24/07,22:50:04,Restore Hosting Controller,Going to restore user '360signup',
01/24/07,22:50:57,Restore Hosting Controller,User '360signup' restored successfully,

Kust doenst work.

Support has checked your issue and found that your HC database file (hcv2002.mdb) size is 0kb. FYI to restore data you must have correct HC database file in RBX backup folders.

opps! I guess it got corrupted.

if the mdb is essential to the backup why doesnt it always back itup?

also why would it said it restored accounts when it didnt due to my file error?

RBX does take backup of HC Database file. According to HC support, you have told them that you stopped RBX services and now you are trying restore 1 year old RBX backup. We can not say anything about HC Database backup of 0kb because its a very old backup.
