Installation Issues

If the previous hosting controller IIS website is remove, the program deinstalled and the HCgroup and the default reseller and host admin are removed. When I try to reinstall I get this error...

PLease advise me as to what I am doing wrong.

You have corrupt installation of HC. Please contact HC support they will check this issue on your server. Thanks

help me help you keep your support costs lower and allow me to help myself if this issue happens again.

What steps can I take to fix this problem? remove program remove from registry? What registry keys should I remove and then reboot? Any other steps?

Please first completely remove HC6 installation entries from Registry at this path ( HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Advanced Communications\Nt Web Hosting Controller ) then try to reinstall HC6 again. You might like to consult with this article.
