Problem License With HC7

Hi,

I bought license from HC7 and I actived HC7 on my server but now my server doing error. I want install again HC7 but i don't know that i can active again HC7 with old my license. Please help me !

Have you changed the NIC card of your server? FYI HC activation is based on the MAC address of the NIC card. I will suggest you to please directly contact sales department. They will resolve your issue. Thanks

I have not changed NIC card on my server. I want uninstall HC7 and after install again HC7. Can i use old license of HC7 for active Software HC7 just again install?
