Transferring site to different server

Is there a way to transfer a site to another physical server? It looks like I can transfer sites to another user on the same computer, but not to a user on another physical computer.

You can transfer site of any reseller to any other reseller created on remote physical server using this option Migration--->Transfer Sites.

what about MAIL settings ? are mail users and mailboxes and data also transferred ?
What about if I need ot transfer all MAIL items from a server that used to be a WEB/MAIL/DNS/DATABASE to an only remote mail or an only remote DB or DNS server ?

Transfer website means we are changing ownership of the domain and moving it under new webadmin. All others things (Mail/Database/DNS) will not change.

on a new HC7 install, when I go to IMPORT USERS, I don't see any user in the dropdown box, why is it that the windows users are not populating the dropdown ? do I have to run the upgrade utility before I go to import users ? this whole thing is very confusing.
I am running in trial mode 1 HC7 as control center with ONLY the database. then I setup 3 remote WEB servers. I have not run th upgrade tool on any server yet. All web servers are running HC6.1 currently. But there is one web server that I want to retire so I need to also transfer sites and users from this server to the new HC7 server but I do not find a way to do this.

You have to simply run HC7 upgrade utility one by one on ALL servers with HC6.1 installed and no need to use 'import user/website' option in this case. Moreover, If all users were already added in HC Database then it will not list them for 'import user' option. Create new reseller and use 'Migration--->Transfer Website' option at host level to transfer all websites from resellers created on the machine which you want to retire.

If you still have queriese related to upgrade process then please directly consult with technical support engineers available on live chat.

Is funny, when I did what you suggested as in:
"If you still have queriese related to upgrade process then please directly consult with technical support engineers available on live chat" the person at live chat told me to send an email to support !!.
When I send ane mail to support I am told that the ticket was already answered in a forum thread, when I go to the thread the suppose answer is nto such as it does not help me at all...

You have only one ticket and chat with HC support regarding upgrade and these were replied too. You asked the following question on live chat:

"when running the upgrade utility to migrate from hc6.1 to hc7, what happens with all hosting plans and billing ? what about all hosting plans that resellers have setup for them ? what about all billing setings, payments etc... for resellers and us ?
    "

Support engineer partially replied you on live chat and asked to open a ticket on hc support regarding billing because he wanted to confirm with concerned dept. but you did not open any ticket about billing details.

FYI HC upgrade utility will not migrate history of billing details (e.g paid Invoices/Payments) from HC6 database. If there are arrears of any customer in HC6 then HC7 will simply generate a new invoice for these arrears. We dont show history of paid invoices because we have changed the implementation in HC7 and it is difficult to manage old invoices with new implementation.

so all history on billing for all our reseller using the billing system is gone then... that really ****... resellers won't be happy with it.
How would you like for all billing history from your billing system to be no longer accesible ?

I have already told you that we have improved the billing manager in HC7 and it will create problems for HC7 customers if we list the old paid invoices.
