Import SQL database

If I go to the Website Properties of a website, and go to Databases, and I define a database - if that database already exists, does HC7 import the database or does it attempt to create a new one with the same name? I'm migrating to HC7 and I have quite a few databases I need to import, is this how I should go about doing it?

If databases were arleady created in SQL Server then HC will not let you to create them from HC panel. Frist you have to take their backup and delete them from SQL Server. Later create them again through HC panel and restore their backup using HC panel 'Restore' option.
